The website viintush.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by VINTUSH EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean VINTUSH EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "you" and "your" mean the user of the Website and/or the purchaser of products from the Website. Every product sold on the Website is a digital ebook in PDF format, delivered by email; no physical goods are sold or shipped.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Delivery & Download Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order with us. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All ebook descriptions, cover images, page counts and topic listings displayed on the Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct errors, revise the contents of a guide, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Every guide is general financial education. It is not personalised investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Please consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a qualified professional before acting on anything you read.
All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. The final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes, is displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm your order. No shipping or delivery charge is added at any stage.
We do not engage in misleading discount practices. The "original price" displayed on a guide reflects its standard list price before any promotional discount.
Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, we may refuse to accept your order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payment is made in full and in advance. No ebook is delivered until the payment gateway confirms that the payment has succeeded.
UPI payments are processed end-to-end through the gateway. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP, card or banking credentials on our systems; we retain only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.
If a payment fails, no order is created and no amount is retained by us. If an amount is debited from your account without the gateway confirming the payment, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 3–5 working days; where the amount has in fact reached us and no ebook was delivered, we refund it in full on request.
All products are digital. Delivery is made electronically by email to the address you enter at checkout, immediately upon confirmation of payment — usually within seconds. There is no dispatch, courier, tracking or physical delivery of any kind, and delivery is free everywhere.

Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, there are no returns and no exchanges, and no refund is available once an ebook has been delivered. An order may be cancelled only while payment is still pending and the file has not yet been sent. The limited exceptions — non-delivery, duplicate payment, and a corrupt file we cannot replace — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which governs this clause.

If you submit a review, comment or any other content to the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce such content in connection with the Website and our marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any product purchased from the Website is limited to the amount paid by you for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, internet failures, pandemics, or actions of government authorities.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended version will be effective from the date it is posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madhya Pradesh.
